Superblower filters

The Blue-vent Superblower filter is a heavy duty vacuum filter, made of high strength steel plates to VDI engineering standards for explosion resistance. The steel housing is powder coated in RAL5010.

The unique modular design of teh Superblower facilitates the use of the same basic components whether in its smallest version (round) or its largest version (stretched oval shape).

Superblowers are supplied with a cone hopper with screw conveyor or with a flat bottom with floating scraper. The scraper can be used for smaller filters and for application with light dust load.

A scrolled cyclonic inlet is used for smaller filters for light dust. For large filters and for application with heavy dust load the patented
Coanda side inlet is normally used.

Filters are supplied with various lengths of filter bags. Material and length of filter bags are selected according to the dust type. The wire cages are made with a clever lock system, which make it quick and easy to mount and change filter bags. All maintenance of filter bags are done from the clean side.

The patented Powerpulse cleaning system is located in the top - clean air section. The cleaning system use compressed air to purge the filter bags. For applications with coarse dust a system with high pressure blower is an alternative.
