Modular filters

The Blue-vent Modular filter is made of galvanized steel plates. The filter is for small to medium sized applications. The filters serve as a low cost solution, predominantly used within the wood and paper industry.

The modular filter is supplied with a cone hopper with screw or chain conveyor depending on the dust load. For applications with low dust load such as manual sanding or lacquer sanding stations, the dust is collected directly into plastic bags.

Axial fans can be used for air purging of the filter bags.

Inlets are either directly to the cone bottom or via an empty inlet module, which is applicable when the dust load is high.

Due to the design, the filter is very easy to expand.
