DustStorm® filters

The Duststorm filter (DS filter) is of cylindrical construction manufactured from high strength steel, giving a strong compact unit of minimum weight. The DS filter is manufactured to VDI engineering standards for explosion resistance. The steel housing is powder coated in RAL5010.

The DS filter is available in 100% ATEX approved version.

The DS filter is used for various types of dust, some are: Plastic, welding smoke, sandblasting, laser/plasma cutting and Central vacuum systems.

Various types of inlets are available for this filter. The selection of inlet is done according to the dust type and load.

The filter is fitted with pleated cartridges. The cartridges are available with various materials and with different pleat depths depending on dust type and load.

The patented Powerpulse cleaning system is located in the top - clean air section. The cleaning system use compressed air to purge the filter bags.
