Piping system

Blue-vent piping system is a modular system.

Straight pipes are normally manufactured in 2m lengths.

Bends are pressed in sizes up to 400mm diameter. Larger dia. are assembled in segments.

All pipes, bends, branches and other fittings are compatible and are assembled by pull-rings.

The unique assembly system makes the system very versatile and flexible.

Changes can be made very easily by the use of an Allen-key.
The modular piping system include all required fittings, such as:

• straight duct

• bends (pressed & segmented

• branches/trouser pieces

• tapers/transitions

• assembly system/flanges

For applications such as pneumatic material conveying with higher vacuum or static pressure or for abrasive materials, an identical system is available in 2 and 3mm black steel.
